Responsibilities: Planning- working with production planning, complex managers and management teams to ensure trials are designed and executed with the optimal business impact.
Data Analysis and Reporting- Analysis collected field trial and operational improvement data. Reporting of outcomes and insights with appropriately tailored levels of detail and technical information based on target audiences.
Procedure Implementation- coordinate new procedures and process with production personnel while monitoring impact on efficiency and quality.
Key Skills: Must be able to communicate with people of all skill level and backgrounds.
Open minded and un-bias to new and unconventional procedures.
Able to build effective and collaborative working relationship with contractors and employees.
Proficient in experimental design.
Able to use JMP or similar programs for data analytics.
Proficient in animal husbandry and observation.
Organization of multiple projects and schedules.
Previous poultry management experience.
Research experience.
