Description
Avesta Housing is looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Property Manager. This position will oversee management of a team assigned to defined portfolios of affordable housing properties, ultimately ensuring the financial, physical, and overall operational health of the properties. While working to ensure excellent internal and external customer service and providing a quality living environment to all residents, the Regional Property Manager will establish a positive and productive working relationship with all departments, adhere to the organization’s Mission Statement and Core Values, and ensure the portfolio is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Work Location
This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Portland region.
