Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area
- Obtain and update patient records in the system accurately
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide information to clients regarding services, fees, and pet care instructions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
- Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and appointment scheduling

- Dog training

- Pet grooming
