Caring In Action
RN/LPN Responsibilities Include:
One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
Delivery of specialized nursing care to medically complex, adult patients.
Patient assessments and coordination of care.
Health promotion, teaching, and training of patients and/or family members.
Must be able to work one weekend per month.
RN/LPN Requirements for Success
Nurses with med-surg background, Behavioral Health
Nurses who are new to Home Health or New Graduates
RNs with licenses in good standing in the state where they will practice
Nurses with current CPR certification
Nurses willing to travel and visit adult patients in their home
