Position Overview

QinetiQ US seeks a Program Analyst to provide strategic programmatic solutions for a federal program. Excellent judgment and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment delivering innovative solutions to meet mission goals.

Responsibilities
    Leverage tools like Excel, Access, and SharePoint to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make recommendations to support client decisions.
  • Support special projects on behalf of the client.
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop associated tools, templates and resources.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other job aids to assist internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Support client through operational and administrative support in a wide array of projects, tasks and assignments.
  • Perform a wide variety of communications and project management duties. Assist the program management team with developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to assess overall program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist senior level management in strategic planning, providing advice and consultation on organizational transformation initiatives, mission-oriented business functions, and process improvement.
  • Recommend opportunities for improving communication when communication is vital to the success of an initiative.
  • Build and maintain user guides and system documentation.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and development by working with subject matter experts in from various programs to identify their needs and the desired outcomes they seek.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and three to five years of related experience in federal organization.
  • Strong judgement and the ability to navigate stakeholder priorities and interests and solve client challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to learn new issues and plan, design and implement internal and external initiatives that advance leadership's priorities.
  • Creativity, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder requests.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to research and leverage interdisciplinary skills in solving problems.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to maintain a security clearance from the U.S. government.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience setting and managing client relationships and expectations through change initiatives.
  • Experience effectively communicating with diverse team, client, and organizational stakeholders.
  • Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks and deliverables as needs evolve.
  • Previous experience working for a client in the national security space.
