We are looking for someone with natural organization to join our Transportation Cargo Claims (TCLM) team at our new headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Our ideal candidate is interested in growing into a Claims Adjuster career and has at least 3 years’ professional office support or customer service experience, such as for insurance policies, customer relationship management, medical billing, professional administrative assistance, etc. Prior commercial insurance or personal lines insurance environment is a plus but not required. We will train those with the right transferable skills. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, including grammar and spelling strengths, must be demonstrated. Flexibility and the ability to multi-task will help you go far in this growing department.

The Claims Support Specialist will work with our claims department, insureds, and insurance markets to set-up claims and handle various clerical tasks associated with claim adjudication. The support specialist will gather appropriate documents to help the team evaluate a loss and other duties as assigned.
