Requirements
Excellent computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Attention to detail and accuracy
Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate complex data clearly
Excellent data entry skills
E-Commerce accounting knowledge
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
Posting and recording Accounts Payables and Receivables
Accurately entering invoices & credit memos into QuickBooks
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Run reports and provide information as requested
Ensure accuracy of general ledger
Communicate and report directly with/to Controller
Able to learn additional software as needed
Other duties as assigned and/or as needed
