Join our team as an Scheduling Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative, technical, and specialized assistance to our operations department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily schedules in accordance with production schedules, notifying employees of their upcoming shifts, and collaborating with various departments to address staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate labor schedules across departments in compliance with Union employee collective bargaining agreements.
• Maintain accurate employee records across all systems.
• Collaborate with Operations and Human Resources to ensure adequate staffing levels, including training for full-time, relief, and seasonal positions.
• Utilize various software programs such as Excel, Teams, and Publisher, as necessary.
• Liaise with Human Resources to forecast and address current and future staffing needs.
• Prepare daily schedules, accommodating training sessions, absences, and other schedule adjustments.
• Resolve scheduling issues in collaboration with Production Managers and supervisors.
• Provide necessary information to Operations Managers for reporting, employee training, evaluations, and other requirements.
• Enter data into spreadsheets accurately to ensure proper payment and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Some college education preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
