Job Duties :

• Serve as the custodian of records, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and updating of data as changes occur.
• Collaborate with Job Developers, Case Managers, and other team members to ensure the proper recording and tracking of client data.
• Prepare correspondence and required reports as necessary.
• Work closely with County Directors, Job Developers, and Senior Management to uphold performance outcomes.
• Conduct selective monitoring of intake / assessment records to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Receive and process reports.
• Generate graphic charts and conduct analysis of performance data.
• Conduct on-site monitoring of specific programs under administrative or program direction.
• Coordinate technical assistance and specialized training for intake / eligibility and clerical staff as needed, providing oversight as necessary.
• Engage in extensive data entry and reporting tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Preferred : Two-year college degree.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated record of teamwork and supporting program performance.
• Intermediate proficiency in data entry speeds.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
