Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain, maintain, and distribute weekly pricing data information.
• Update and manage the master pricing file within our internal software system.
• Monitor market websites daily for price fluctuations and adjustments.
• Enter budget information into the internal software system upon receipt from the Sales Staff.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Sales Staff to ensure accurate product pricing.
• Assist with maintaining and distribute the "Advertising Calendar" for scheduling purposes.
• Review and approve requests for payment of allowances and rebates to customers.
• Assist in investigating and addressing inquiries from CSRs and other departments.
• Coordinate the implementation of procedures established by the Customer Service Department.
• Analyze variances on price with POs and Invoices.
• Assist in creating new customer accounts and managing corporate billings.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel functions.
• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 1-2 years of office experience.
