- Support in the daily functioning of the HR department and its responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Operations Manager
- Collaborate with the team to produce standard employee documents and letters in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Support the company-wide onboarding of new employees, ensuring all steps and procedures are completed accurately and on time
- Prepare and update employee documentation to keep it current and compliant
- Provide support to the payroll department in compiling monthly requirements and payroll administrator inputs
- Support in administering changes to employment conditions, including promotions, demotions and salary/benefit changes,
- Cooperation with department managers and employees to prepare employee documentation, documentation of changes and ensure obtaining appropriate consents
- Bring ideas for technology innovation and automation to help grow and digitalize the HR processes
- higher education in law or HR management or related fields
- good knowledge of spoken and written English, daily communication in English
- knowledge of Polish Labour Law regulations
- good knowledge of MsOffice, especially MsExcel
- meticulousness, good organization, reliability
- knowledge of the Enova program preferred
- Office-based, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland.
- 6000 - 7000 PLN gross per month
