The recipients of our services are clients from the Oil & Gas industry, petrochemical plants, cellulose and pulp mills, waste to energy plants and the nuclear industry.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support in the daily functioning of the HR department and its responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with the team to produce standard employee documents and letters in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Support the company-wide onboarding of new employees, ensuring all steps and procedures are completed accurately and on time
  • Prepare and update employee documentation to keep it current and compliant
  • Provide support to the payroll department in compiling monthly requirements and payroll administrator inputs
  • Support in administering changes to employment conditions, including promotions, demotions and salary/benefit changes,
  • Cooperation with department managers and employees to prepare employee documentation, documentation of changes and ensure obtaining appropriate consents
  • Bring ideas for technology innovation and automation to help grow and digitalize the HR processes
Our expectations:
  • higher education in law or HR management or related fields
  • good knowledge of spoken and written English, daily communication in English
  • knowledge of Polish Labour Law regulations
  • good knowledge of MsOffice, especially MsExcel
  • meticulousness, good organization, reliability
  • knowledge of the Enova program preferred
Working Environment:
  • Office-based, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland.
