About the Role

s Tech Team to ensure that the people agenda supports business objectives. Delivering value added, strategically aligned support to the team in the development and delivery of people strategies to support the business goals .

Key Responsibilities :

Provide a wide-ranging HR Business Partnering service to the ecommerce Tech management.

Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to address the people challenges for the business area.

Use key people analytics to inform decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Management of HR projects and change within the business..

Create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives.

Use data and metrics to identify potential issues and support decision-making that really increases employee engagement.

Build and maintain visible and meaningful working relationships with key internal and stakeholders and partners..

Plan and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned to HR's strategic planning process and business-driven initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE

Background & Competencies Required :

Bachelor's Degree with 3 years HR business Partnering experience

able to deliver results by partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Self-starter, able to proactively identify opportunities and lead to implement

Demonstrated success in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

Microsoft Standard Office Suite and advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel

Highly organized, with a collaborative communication style.

Summary :

The main function of a human resources specialist is to plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions.

A typical human resources specialist is responsible for a wide range of organization development activities, such as employee compensation, recruitment (as it relates to policy), personnel policies and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities :

Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification program.

Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.

Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales.

Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.

Prepare reports, such as organization and flow chards, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.

Skills :

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one s time.

Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices (i.e., equal employment opportunity and affirmative action).

Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems.

Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.

5-7 years customer service related experience required.
