Do you work well independently and on a team? Are you customer-service oriented, have commercial cooking experience, and exceptional attention to detail? If your answer is yes, then you could be our next Cook for late night!

Under the supervision of the Building Manager, the Cook for late night, is responsible for preparing and cooking entrees on a large scale, preparing baked goods, and following New York State Health Department guidelines. This is a full-time position that requires one weekend night, with a generous benefits package that includes leave time, retirement, and insurance. Work shifts can run as late as midnight or 1am.

Required Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED. Skills in basic arithmetic. Ability to lift seventy five (75) pounds. One year experience in quantity food preparation. Must take weights and measures assessment. Knowledge of commercial kitchens. Ability to cook on a large scale. The ability to work cohesively on a team in a fun but fast-paced environment.
