Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, meal preparation, medication administration, and possess a strong understanding of resident rights and hospice care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in their care
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving, home care, or direct support roles a plus
- Ability to perform tasks related to senior care with compassion and empathy
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with individuals and their families
