We are looking for caring individuals to work with our seniors and help them to remain independent in the community that they love. No prior experience is necessary (paid training provided). We are presently offering a $100 bonus if you are able to complete your onboarding requirements within 72 hours of your interview. We are also offering unlimited bonuses of up to $200 for any referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
Experience:
- Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred, but not required (we will provide paid training!)
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
