AUTUMN RIDGE GARDENS AFC is Hiring a Direct Care Worker (DCW) Near Bay, MI
The Direct Care Worker (DCW) must be reliable. Demonstrate dignity and respect to our residents, co-workers and other stakeholders. The DCW must ensure that the residents rights are followed. The DCW will provide assist with the personal care needs including but not limited to Personal hygeine needs. Assist with ambulation, transfers and mobility, Housekeeping, Laundry, Assist with medication administration and management, Meal prep, Feeding and Set up, toiletries, group and individual outings, record keeping, exercise. The DCW must have the physical ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. Be at least 18 years of age, TB test, COVID-19 vaccinations, Complete a physical and back ground check, CPR with First Aid.

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
