The Training Manager is responsible for standardizing and facilitating training classes for employees in the distribution center. Responsible for training distribution center advisors, reporting, coaching, and assisting with new hire orientation.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years successful experience in a supervisory/advisor level role. Prefer prior training experience.
