Job Role

As a passionate software developer, you demonstrate capabilities of deep product and technology design thinking at the core. You should have worked on multiple releases of software that are bringing in a combination of functional and technical improvements, modernizing the product, easing deployments, and addressing customer issues.

While the skills are modern and demanding, the role is one of learning, educating, adapting, and nurturing these capabilities in a way that large-scale adoption in a product organization is possible. You are seen as an agile and efficient developer that thinks and writes code that is of good quality. Should be collaborative and focused on quality without missing speed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ability to translate requirements to designs that are crisply documented.
• Ability to come up with innovative approaches to solving problems.
• Own the product design and the code quality.
• Work with product managers and other stakeholders to learn and build the product better.
• Since you are passionate about software, you indulge in coding, doing code reviews, refactoring, and helping teams to refactor their code.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Drive engineering culture that is based on metrics and passion for excellence.
• Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Should have hands-on experience in developing and designing SaaS applications/platforms for large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience on the below.
  •  Java stack like Spring, JPA, Hibernate.
  • Angular & JQuery. React nice to have.
  • Kafka
  • NoSQL, SQL
  • AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• 3 years of experience in software development
• Good to have Salesforce knowledge
• Involved in building/ modernizing platforms/ applications for large-scale deployments.

Education and Qualification

• BE/BTech/MCA/MTech.
• AWS certifications are nice to have.
