As a Parts and Service Advisor in our automotive service center, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers while leveraging your expertise in specific vehicle types and automotive standards. Below is a tailored job description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance and Service Management:

• Provide excellent customer service, managing their service experience according to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly, conduct vehicle walkarounds, and complete service write-ups efficiently.
• Perform vehicle inspections and communicate findings and service recommendations clearly to customers.

Communication and Documentation:

• Maintain transparent communication with customers throughout the repair process, documenting all activities.
• Ensure completion of repairs as agreed upon, including declined services, prior to vehicle release.
• Process warranty claims, collaborating with customers and warranty processors as needed.

Operations and Customer Satisfaction:

• Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referral and repeat business.
• Attend meetings, complete assigned tasks, and maintain clear communication with service management.
• Maintain service and waiting areas for a pleasant customer experience.

Parts Department Assistance:

• Support parts department operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Identify replacement parts and provide pricing information.
• Process sales transactions and manage payment or credit authorization.
• Provide guidance on part substitutions or modifications when necessary.

Continuous Improvement and Adaptability:

• Participate in training sessions to enhance service quality.
• Adapt to changing duties as directed by management to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in specialty vehicles preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,082.54 - $48,271.44 per year
