Automotive Shop Equipment is Hiring an Experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician (Richmond) Near Richmond, VA

We are a mobile service that provides on-site repairs and maintenance to the equipment in automotive repair shops. We also install new equipment and replace units when necessary. We’re in need of a reliable candidate to evaluate, inspect, diagnose, repair, install and perform maintenance on the equipment used in auto repair facilities, i.e.; air compressors, vehicle lifts, fluid handling systems, etc.

Duties and responsibilities will Include:

  • Complete field repairs on customer's site.
  • Enhance customer relations by providing courteous, professional and timely service.
  • Perform all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance, repair or replacement of parts as required.
  • Write accurate and professional reports acting as a single point of contact between the customer and manufacturer.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Five or more years of related mechanical experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical / hydraulic / electrical / pneumatic problems and to seek assistance when needed.
  • Current valid Driver's License with good history.
