The Delivery Driver/Store Support position (also known as Store Customer Service Representative) is responsible for accurately and safely delivering products to customers as well as providing store support as needed. This may include checking in freight and non-application parts, mixing paint, processing customer returns, resolving customer concerns, assisting counter customers and taking phone calls. Additionally, the individual in this role is responsible for assisting with maintaining the store appearance, security, safety and daily operational standards, as set by the manager.
