Job duties:

• Create and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accurate recording and application of payments.
• Review and process manual payment requests, obtaining necessary approvals before posting.
• Manage Accounts Payable functions, adhering to established payment schedules and processing supplier payments efficiently.
• Maintain Accounts Payable records and monitor aging reports to ensure timely payments.
• Conduct reconciliations of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledgers, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
• Coordinate reconciliations with company subsidiaries on a monthly basis.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with general ledger analysis, journal entry preparation, and other tasks essential for month-end closing procedures.
• Support in generating and disseminating monthly financial statements and analytical reports.
• Contribute to the enhancement of accounting procedures and process optimization efforts.
• Provide accounting assistance to various departments and uphold accurate record-keeping practices.
• Assist in preparing documentation for financial audits and maintain organized accounting files.
• Facilitate company record retention practices and undertake additional accounting duties as necessary to support departmental goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
