Essential Duties

• Answers all inbound service department calls.
• Schedules service appointments for callers.
• Directs non-appointment related calls to the appropriate person.
• Makes outbound parts calls notifying customers their parts are in and their vehicle can be repaired.
• Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
• Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
