We are looking to hire an new or experienced automotive window tint installer to accurately measure, cut and apply the latest technology tinting to our customers' vehicle windows.

As a member of our tinting team, you will be required to use a tint program to input the vehicle specifications, expertly cut the tint to the correct size, and apply the tinting on the vehicle with extreme precision.

To ensure success as a window tinter, you should exhibit a strong work ethic, show incredible attention to detail, and work quickly without compromising installation quality. Ultimately, a top-class window tinter can expertly fit tinting to any vehicle window with extreme accuracy.

Major responsibilities of the position:

• Install window tint/ paint protection film on customer and dealership automobiles using quality products and the most trusted techniques for the best results.
• Program and cut door edge protectors from paint protection film using supplied plotter
• Remain in constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed per the latest company standards.
• Remove dirt and debris from windows and windshield and apply primer before starting every tinting job.
• Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job.
• Use shop software system to enter, update and verify job information before, during and after each individual tint job.
• Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film, paint protection film and cut tint film by hand when necessary.
• Perform work according to the latest OSHA and EPA regulations and standards.
• Help keep the shop and the rest of your work environment orderly by cleaning up after every job, putting tools and equipment back in their proper place and performing janitorial duties when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

• Previous experience as a window tint installer (1 years preferred)
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass background check
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle and glass specifications
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on a project
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate on all levels
• Must be available to work on weekends, holidays as required by season and role
