GM dealership now hiring Automotive Service Manager!

What you'll do:

• Train all advisors, technicians, and valets on dealership procedures
• Manage technician and Service Employee productivity
• Observe, encourage, and inspire all Service Employees to secure customer loyalty
• Forecast sales, gross profits, and expenses
• Develop and execute effective customer relations policies
• Hold weekly departmental meetings and set sales and service goals
• Interact with outside vendors and other dealership management
• Other duties may be assigned

We'd like you to have:

• 2 years of ASM or Service Manager experience required to be considered for this role
• General Motors dealership Service Manager experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to manage others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
