Warehouse Associates
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Packer - Warehouse Associate for LG in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the packing / picking of orders and unloading / loading trucks in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Pay rate :
$16.50 per hour for 1st shift
Schedule and Hours :
1st Shift- Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm.
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities :
- Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items.
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Follow all company guidelines.
- Maintains cleanliness throughout the warehouse and carries out facilities maintenance duties as needed.
- Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness.
- Other duties assigned by leadership.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements :
- Proven work experience in receiving or similar role.
- Knowledge of industry safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with direction for supervisor / team lead.
- Lifting Assessment will be administered.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist during shift, up to 8 hours or more.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
