Production Packaging Team Lead
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Packaging Team Lead for a company based in Largo, FL In this role, you will primarily be responsible for lead ing and directing packaging operators on daily tasks .
Operate production equipment according to GMP’s, SOP’s, and safety requirements .
Pay Rate
$ 15 .00 - $18 per hour , depending on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 am to 2 : 3 0 pm.
Monday through Thursday, 2 : 45 pm to 12 : 45 am.
Packaging Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists Supervisor in reporting, assigning team members to rooms and answering questions / calls.
- Delivers systematic explanations of the manufacturing, cleaning and setup processes.
- Be a role model and have leadership abilities to motivate, develop and encourage packaging Team members.
- Responsible for attending Redzone huddles. Must be able to start up room according to Batch record and Redzone.
- Lead and participate in all line changeover activities including equipment changes.
Packaging Team Lead Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in Packaging Manufacturing
- Proven experience with Pallet Jack Operation, Machinery Skills
- Proficiency of computer skills to include; MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
