Automation Personnel Services is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Huntsville, AL

Call Center Representative
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Representativefor a company located in Huntsville, AL. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth communication flow within the hospital system.
Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour
Schedules and Hours
Day will vary
4:30am-7pm
Call Center Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer incoming call promptly and courteously.
• Assist callers with their inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to patients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with HIPAA guidelines.
Call Center Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service required.
• Great Customer Service
• Awesome communication skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
