Automation Personnel Services is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Baytown, TX
Pay Rate:
Starting pay $16 plus [negotiable depending on experience]
Schedule and Hours:
8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday-Friday
Account Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Process customer invoices and track payments.
- Process payroll.
- Utilize QuickBooks to run invoices/reports.
- Must be proficient in Excel, creating new spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail, must be very attentive.
- QuickBooks experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in payroll, AP, and AR.
Full time temporary to hire.
