Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, while also maximizing sales opportunities.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
- Advise customers of routine maintenance services and when they are due.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills for generating estimates, invoices, and maintaining records
- Experience in service writing is preferred but not necessary
