Autodesk is looking for a Business System Analyst with a strong financial background to help support our production finance transactions, data systems, and reporting tools.You will be part of a multi-functional team providing production support for internal Autodesk data technologies. Your efforts will range from SAP financials and the Autodesk systems which provide data to SAP, to the downstream reporting and dashboards and the business teams and projects which consume that data. Your knowledge of finance and business intelligence will be used to interact continuously with business teams who define the internal computations and data structures. Your skills with data and systems will ensure that all integrations are optimized and you will guide the standard operations responses to trouble tickets. Expect to be a leader in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, code deployment, and monitors. You will apply your technical skills to automation, system performance, and cost optimization. Your career at Autodesk will be a blend of strategic support, engineering, and data provisioning. You will report to the manager and be part of an international team.It's a hybrid work model.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Transaction Support:SAP support including FICA, FIGL, Order management, Billing and Invoicing, Tax, Treasury, Credit/Debit Memos, RAR, Core Finance, Management Reporting, Group Reporting, Bank Codes, etc.Integration support with upstream systemsBusiness Intelligence support for reporting and dashboardsBusiness Operation Support:Incident ManagementIssue resolutionFacilitate Post Incident AnalysisContinuous improvementDay to day activities:Manage ticket queue, project releases, and build deploymentsSolution review and approvalsMonitoring dashboards and alertingDocumentation and mentoringLegal and SOX compliance supportIdentify Automation opportunities and guide implementationMinimum Qualifications5 years experience supporting SAP business functions4 years working in a tech or data support position3 years experience with reporting tools (Preferably: Business Objects, Power BI, QlikView, Looker)2 years experience with database SQL2 years experience with system or security administrationPreferred QualificationsPrior developed automationsSAP ABAP familiarity2 years experience with Snowflake3 years experience working with Amazon (AWS) or other cloud or hosted operation modelsExperience with Git or other code control systemsStrong time management skillsStrong troubleshooting skillsStakeholder Management & Mentorship skillsFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as JenkinsGood experience with issue/ticket management tools like Service NowStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to work as part of a team, including sharing effort and informationExperience working in Agile project patternsDesign experience with any of the above required skillsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,100 and $148,500. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
