Summary: 

Upon completing training, this staff member will serve as the primary liaison for our customers. Their responsibilities will include installing our equipment at new sites, ensuring proper configuration, and providing training to our customers on equipment usage. Additionally, when not engaged in equipment installation, this employee will be responsible for performing production tasks.

Qualifications:

• If you demonstrate a robust customer-centric attitude, feel at ease working with your hands, and are eager to acquire new skills, we are enthusiastic about offering comprehensive training to driven individuals.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation that occurs 4-5 times a yr.ensuring excellent customer service and support.
• Valid Driver's License.
