Autism Support Chicago is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Joliet, IL

Autism Support Chicago is dedicated to providing compassionate in-home ABA therapy services for children on the Autism Spectrum. As a trauma-informed ABA company, we emphasize whole-child centered services with a family treatment approach. Our commitment extends to school support, community outings, and consultation, ensuring comprehensive care for our clients.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Location: Naperville, Illinois (and surrounding suburbs)
  • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time/Hybrid (We require you to see clients in person at least 2/5 days a week)
  • Flexible Hours: Choose your own schedule

  • Travel Requirement: At least see clients and RBTs in person twice a week

Responsibilities:
As a BCBA with Autism Support Chicago, you will:

  • Implement high-quality ABA programs in 1:1 therapy sessions at home, school, or in the community.
  • Take comprehensive data and documentation required for each child.
  • Collaborate with therapists to provide updated behavioral plans based on client progress data.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, participating in training and staff meetings as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Flexible thinking.
  • Basic childcare skills (toileting, dressing, eating, safety).
  • In-depth knowledge of autism and related disorders.
  • Ability to create and provide effective programs and behavior plans.
  • Skill in conveying programs and instructions to therapists.
  • Proficiency in conducting reinforcement assessments to determine the child’s motivation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $74,711.00 - $77,430.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 36 per week
