Autism Services Inc. is Hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Near Howell, NJ

Behavior Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and implementing behavior management strategies for individuals with autism. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Conduct behavioral therapy sessions under the supervision of the BCBA
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, including medical records

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze data effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with individuals with autism, their families, and the treatment team
- Ability to follow care plans and implement interventions accurately
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate medical documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
