The Basics of this opportunity:

• Total 1st year Earning Potential: $118,000 in your first year including bonuses!
• Compensation: $82,000 to $98,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined using various factors such as experience, skills, geography, and proficiency in the role.
• Bonuses: In addition to bonus monthly/quarterly ($35,000 in your first three years) you will also have the option to choose between a $10k sign-on bonus OR $20k for relocation assistance (not both).
• Relocation assistance: $20,000 is available in relocation assistance for this position.
• Some Benefits Highlights: 15 days of PTO which accrues from Day 1 and 401K Match!

• Client Care Expectation: 50% of supervision hours require in-person support and the other 50% can be conducted via telehealth sessions.
