```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals, particularly children, with behavioral health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to implement care plans and assist with the development of behavior management strategies.

```Duties```
- Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

```Experience```
- Previous experience working with children is highly preferred
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
