Responsibilities:

• support individual at work, recreational activities and in their communities
• advocating for those we support
• community networking
• implement and follow formal training plans, conduct task analysis, and collect performance data

Qualifications:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Driver’s license in good standing and current auto insurance
• Must be willing to drive Individuals in personal car throughout the community
• Possess a high school diploma
• Work well in teams
• Desire to assist others with being successful
• Compassionate
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Possess the ability to adapt to diverse work situation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
