Autism Behavioral Solutions, LLC has provided school and home-based ABA services for children and families in Northern Virginia and DC since 2013. We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to grow our team by providing the best in ABA services in the Metro DC area.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of individualized Treatment and Behavior Plans in the home, community, and school settings
• Data collection and presentation to Supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Maintaining ongoing communication between parents/guardians and Supervising BCBA
• Participation in Team Meetings and Supervision
• Creation of program materials for clients as needed

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in ABA or related field (Special Ed., Child Psych, Psychology, Social Work, etc.) or a High School Diploma and related experience
• Ability to work independently and seek guidance as needed
• Ability to work as a team to best serve client progress
• Ability to follow treatment as developed
• Ability to maintain appointments as scheduled
• Experience working with children with developmental delays
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Current Drivers License
• Background Check
• Good standing with the BACB
• Liability Insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
