AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an RN After-Hours Clinical Supervisor who will support our Greensboro and Burlington campuses. 

This position is Full-Time (40 hours per week) with the following schedule: Monday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm. Please note that training must be completed during the work week between the hours of 8am-5pm/flexible on days**

Job Summary: Responsible for clinical coordination and supervision of After-Hours services. Has shared authority and responsibility for administration of nursing care for Home Care and LTC patients after hours. Plans, organizes, and leads a cost-efficient standard of nursing care.

Ensures professional standards and compliance requirements are met with local, state, and federal licensing and credentialing agencies. Assumes operational responsibilities in the absence of the After-Hours Clinical Manager. Supports day-to-day quality assurance and participates in on-going process improvement. Responsible for serving as a clinical resource to the after-hours staff. Participates in documentation and quality monitoring audits. Is accountable for the After-Hours Schedule, new staff orientation, annual supervisory visits, and EMR task approvals. Will attend and/or support monthly department meetings.
