What You’ll Do
TheSenior AP Accountantwill join our rapidly growing Finance team and report to theDirector of AP. You’ll manage all incoming invoices and will be responsible for the full cycle accounts payable process.You’ll interact with internal and external business partners to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and processes are running efficiently.
What You’ll be Working on
•Oversee AP Team Member(s)
•ValidateAP Specialist invoice entriesto ensure accurate amount, period, and amount. Ensure invoices have the proper approval fromdepartmentand obtain supporting documentation. Marketing and other invoices should follow PO approvalprocess
•Review and post expenses and trademark invoices via RAMP/Netsuite
•Responsible forreviewingCorporate Cardreconciliation
•Responsible for communicating with vendors on invoice statusand followup
•Responsible for payment entry in bank platform for monthly paymentruns
•Monthlycash reconciliation and cash posting
•Monthly intercompany reconciliation
•Monthly Accrual Entry and Analysis
•Assist APDepton ad hocprojects
Must Haves:
•Bachelor’s degree with a finance/business background
•At least5years of experience in AP role
•ACH and wire entry inBOA
•Bank Reconciliation, Month End Reporting, and Accrual Experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle/NetSuite
•StrongExcel Skills (Pivot Tables, V Lookup, Formulas, Etc.)
•Excellent communication skills verbal andwritten
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
•Team Management Experience
•Ability to be a strong business partner with both internal and externalparties
•Flexible availability for month endclosing
Primary Location Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000
