Join one of most established hospitality groups in NYC. Must have experience working in multiple facets of a high-volume restaurant or bar.

Most recently as a head bartender / lead server / shift leader, and looking to take the next step in the natural progression in their hospitality career.

The right person for this role needs to have a passion for hospitality and feel confident in being a steward of our businesses from open to close, making decisions that always act in the best interests of your team and Ownership.

• Candidates MUST have their NY Food Handlers Certificate
• Ideally TIPS certified

• Must be able to take direction & follow through on all given tasks.
• Must display the highest levels of self-organization at all times.
• Must have the ability to multitask, taking notes as needed to complete a number of goals given to you by the managers and Ownership.
• Must be extremely detail oriented, specifically in regard to : aesthetics, décor and overall venue cleanliness and maintenance (Inc.

music volume, lighting levels, etc)

• Have the ability to train and lead your team to provide the highest qu ality service to guests at all times.
• Must have the ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Always promote positive guest / employee relations, adhering to best practices as listed in our Handbook, and in compliance with NYC regulations.
• The ability to make decisions in real time, acting on behalf of management.
• Must be comfortable giving the team direction, giving constructive feedback as needed.
• Must have the ability to lead by example, showcasing excellent leadership qualities at all times.
• Have a full understanding of excellent service, and overall hospitality.
• Must be proficient and responsive on email and via text.
• Should be comfortable executing private and semi-private events with the support of our events team.
• Instill and maintain integrity of service, constantly moving throughout the venue while on floor to solicit feedback and proactively enhance the guest’s experience.
• Proficiency in Toast POS, Microsoft Office, InDesign is a plus, but not a must.
• Proficiency in making spreadsheets and checklists as means of organization.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Have the ability to stand for a 10 12-hour shift and may be required to lift up to 30lbs occasionally.
• Should feel comfortable giving direction to security personnel.
• Available to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in various hospitality capacities strongly preferred.
