Austin Yacht Club General Manager
STATUS:
Non-Exempt, Part Time 30-34 hours/week,
In Person/Some Remote
SCHEDULE:
Wednesday-Friday, plus every other weekend.
8:30am – 4:30pm Weekdays - Some flexibility in hours
12:00pm- 5pm weekends - Weekends are a MUST

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Associate degree minimum.
5 Years of office management
COMPENSATION:
$22-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
Work Schedule may change due to Special Events, such as Regattas or Special Projects in which membership needs additional help outside regular scheduled hours.
Primary Objective:
Tenacious and organized Administrative Assistant with 10 years of demonstrated experience in driving efficiency and excellence throughout organizational functions. Maintains effective flow of communication between teams and senior leaders, as well as significant improvements to project management, internal systems, and team productivity. Research and processes data in a timely and thoughtful manner. A reactive leader who is known to complete complex tasks promptly during emergencies that require a quick turnaround.
