Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office and providing exceptional patient service. Knowledge of Eaglesoft is preferred. This is a full-time position. M-Th 8 to 5

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- - Maintain patient records and ensur e accurate documentation
- Assist chairside with Dr.

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
