REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Opportunity:
Austin Real Estate Experts is a locally-owned, award-winning real estate brokerage in Northwest Austin. We are looking to hire for our busy Transactions Department. You must have at least 2 years of experience managing real estate transactions for high-producing agents.
Responsibilities:
- Backup support for our Listing Coordinator and our Transaction-to-Close Coordinator.
- MLS entry for new home builds.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of transaction/listing management experience in the residential real estate industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to be proactive, prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
