Job Overview

As PoolAttendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety,cleanliness, and overall positive experience for guests at the pool area. Youwill be responsible for maintaining the pool area, enforcing safety rules, andproviding excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information regarding pool hours, rules, and amenities.
• Address guest concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and promote a safe swimming environment.
• Perform regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and order.
• Clean and maintain pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities

Educationand Qualifications

• High schooldiploma or GED equivalency
• At least one (1) year of related work experience
• Must be at least 18 years’ old
• Active TABC and Food Handler’s certificate
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Required Skills & Abilities

• Followappropriate personal hygiene procedures to ensure food served to guests is safefor consumption, including disinfecting hands prior to handling food
• Maintainup-to-date knowledge of company Food Safety Programs within assigned areas ofresponsibility, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations
• Perform otherreasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
• Support all co-workers and treat them withdignity and respect
• Develop and maintain positive and productiveworking relationships with other colleagues and departments
• Partner with and assist others to promote anenvironment of teamwork and achieve common goals
• Move, lift,carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 poundswithout assistance
• Stand or walkfor an extended period or for an entire work shift.
• Reachoverhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, andstooping
• Ability towork non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
