We are a close-knit team looking for someone to assist with all aspects of customer service.
Job duties include:
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
Fielding phone calls and customer email communication
Order fullfillment: Taking and securing customers orders.
Computer skills needed to perform customer invoicing / payment processing / credit memos / refunds. Quickbooks experience preferred but not required.
Candidate must be outgoing and must be eager to listen to and assist other team-members in order to quickly learn our process. Plant knowledge is NOT required but must be eager to learn upon arrival.
Many of our customers speak Spanish so we are hoping to hire a bilingual candidate. Not required though.
We are growing pretty fast and there will be plenty of opportunity for advancement. Managerial positions will become available to those who work hard, contribute to the team's success, and continually learn and strive to improve.
SCHEDULE: We are open M-F 7:00-4:00 and Saturdays 7:30-12:00. Candidates need to be willing to work Saturday mornings.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
