Austin INFINITI is looking for an Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team! This individual will be responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople, as well as promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Acquiring Pre-Owned vehicles at proper price to maintain desired inventory.
• Make inventory price chances at a minimum of once a week.
• Ensure Pre-Owned inventory is being marketed correctly including good descriptions and photos.
• Ensures the sales team understands dealership policies, procedures, and sales systems.
• Organize schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
• Address customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in sales - main focus is creating strategies, budgets, and promotions to empower their teams.

Requirements:

• Pre-Owned Sales Manager experience required, INFINITI or a high line dealership experience preferred.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Great time management.
• Strong attention to detail.

Hours:

• 5-day work week.
• This is a full time position

Compensation:

• Starting at $150k
