Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of features automating the provisioning, operation, and support of large robotic fleets.
• Design and refine low-level workflows for direct, highly reliable machine operation.
• Drive simplifications across the system, enhancing code, workflows, exception handling, and hardware/software integration.
• Debug intricate issues within internal and field operations, establishing best practices for system monitoring and troubleshooting at scale.
• Champion automated testing strategies to ensure repeatable quality and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience outside of internships.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Solid background in design or architecture, with a proven track record of enhancing system reliability and scalability.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years in programming with C/C , Java, Rust, or other object-oriented languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over a year of experience in software development for robotics or industrial automation.
• Expertise in low-level firmware architecture, design, and development, especially for motion control.
• Deep understanding of Linux kernel and device-driver development.
• Familiarity with common bus protocols such as Modbus, CAN bus, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, etc.
