Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Manage patient registration, including verifying insurance information and collecting necessary paperwork
- Maintain electronic dental records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with back staff to ensure timely patient care
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is required
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with electronic dental record systems such as Eaglesoft, open dental, or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
