Licensed staff serving in a position identified as "Hard to Fill" shall receive an annual stipend of $5,000, paid in two (2) equal installments of $2,500 in January and June of the school year, contingent upon working the entirety of each semester.
Stipend Eligibility

• Licensed staff serving as secondary (6th - 12th) math and science educators, special education educators, educators who instruct concurrent enrollment courses (all content areas), instructors of Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses with a science, math, or engineering focus.
• Staff assigned to serve students as a speech language pathologist, school psychologist, school social worker, school nurse and occupational therapist.
